Sova Builders is a residential builder, not a design-build firm. We work with your architect or designer, can introduce trusted design professionals when needed. We can also build from stock plans adapted to your site, needs and preferences.
When should we bring the builder into the process?
Earlier is usually better. Builder input during design can help with constructability, sequencing, material availability and budget alignment before the drawings are complete.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
