Chris Sova grew up in residential construction as the son of a general contractor and spent two decades building in a family-owned company. After moving to Asheville, he managed high-end custom homes with respected luxury builders, deepening his knowledge of Western North Carolina’s trades, suppliers, inspectors and mountain-building conditions.
